DBW follows a nationally recognized guidebook for labor. Our labor times and/or rates may differ from those of the repair facility. One free year is only vaid with any single payment plan and must be a minimum of a 3 year contract. Your free year is your last year in contract with Direct Buy Warranty, e.g. if your purchase a 3 year contract your 4th year will be free. During your free year if you choose to cancel you will be due no refund as you have not paid to be in contract during that time period..
